I am a travelling sound healer. I do performances, group healings and private sessions throughout the USA. I include, my 20 singing crystal bowls, 5 Tibetan Bowls, dolphin spirit, angels, magical morphing lights, and sound infused aromatherapy scents during this most amazing sensory awakening experience.

THE SONG OF THE HEALING CRYSTAL BOWLS -a journey of healing begins

Greetings   My name is Jay Schwed. I have been travelling with my entourage of 13 singing crystal bowls and Tibetan Bowls to healing centers, assisted living homes, recovery centers and a variety of different churches and other locations throughout the Southwest United States. I have played for many handicapped audiences and received wonderful responses.

The sounds soothe my audiences, help them let go of stress and pain and leave everybody feeling light. If you could imagine walking into an assisted living home with 50-60 seniors, angry, sad, lonely, with Altzheimers disease, Parkinsons and Dementia and within 15 minutes they're all smiling. I do this every day.

I travel with a magical pod of Dolphins that truly enchant my audiences and also teach my audiences how to call  forth the Angels (everybody sings with me).Its somewhat of a miracle and loved by all. I also incorporate sound-infused aromatherapy that I mist my audiences with and place magical morphing lights in each bowl so that they change colors At the end of my performance everybody gets to hold one of these lights and place them on their bodies where they need extra healing.  I have created a multi-sensory experience that I have shared with over 10,000 people these last couple of years.  

One of my singing crystal bowls is a replica of the ancient crystal healing bowl used in Egypt during the 13th dynasty, The Faience Bowl.  The ancients believed that the way to facilitate healing is by opening the 'high heart' the one heart that connects us to the divine, God. In order for there to be healing it needs to be opened and will allow us to receive. The corresponding musical note is F#. Today we refer to that vibrational frequency as the Thymus Gland or the center for the immunity system. I carry on this tradition as I travel and connect people, connect hearts to the one. 

The body is a musical instrument and it is my mission to help people learn how to tune their musical instrument.  As we sing through the musical scale, each note corresponds to a part of the body.

In the end of July I will be leaving for an indefinite amount of time to bring this healing throughout our United States. Its a truly wonderful gift. The sounds speak more loudly than my words can do justice to . In this day and age we live in, it is my committment to ease the pain and suffering in this unique way.   I am seeking publicity, some financial support and backup assistance while on the road. I will be camping along the way and staying at hostels and being creative while setting up new performances. It is my calling, my passion and desire to be able to share this with all. It is my vision to share my story and see who is interested in being a part of my journey.   The initial phase of my journey brings me from my home in Snowflake Arizona towards New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Oregon, Washington, down towards California and then across the country towards Washington DC. I envision myself sharing this on Oprah Winfrey's show and desire to share this before the Pentagon and for the president. The sounds and vibrations open people and give them a greater ability to share from their hearts. This is something that is lacking in our world politics these days.  I have played during different public gatherings and people truly open up and we have incredible dialogues.   For the past 25 years I have been working as a massage therapist, hypnotherapist, Reiki Master and have brought all of these skills together into this moving and entertaining multi-sensory experience. 

  At the time I do not have a telephone or cell phone but can be available for an interviews as needed.   If you were to hear me play you would truly experience something very enchanting. This thing I do is very similar to what was being done in the 1700's by one of Americas greatest inventor, Benjamin Franklin. He invented the Glass Harmonica and considered this his greatest and most favorite invention.
